You can use the same products at home. Consult with your on-site laundry specialist to determine the best method and amount for each product you wish to use.

You can use all of the same laundry products that you use at home. Consult with your on-site laundry specialist to determine the best method and amount for each product you wish to use. Our high-efficiency machines will allow you to use less product/cleaning agents and still get the best clean possible.

With our high tech machines using cold water will help prevent fading and still get a clean wash.

Yes. To avoid color transfer to you white clothes, we recommend separating lights and darks.

Use the largest capacity machine for the amount of laundry you are washing. Then select multiple dryers to split your clothes and expedite drying. For the fastest and cleanest clothes we recommend filling the washers to full capacity and dryers to half capacity.

The average wash time is 23-24 minutes and the average drying time is 30 minutes. Our largest washing machines will accommodate up to 80# (8 loads) of laundry per load. You can be in and out in less than an hour.

Our dryers allow you to select from three temperature options:
Low: 140 degrees F
Medium: 160 degrees F
High: 180 degrees F

You can sanitize each washer before every cycle you use. Our on-site laundry specialists are always making sure that our machines and clean and lint-free.

The short answer is no. Please speak with a laundry specialist to help transition the machine for your use.

Notify us via the Lost and found tab. We keep all lost and found for 30 days on-site.

With the latest in machine technology, your laundry is safe and secure inside the washer during the cycle, and our smartphone app will notify you of the cycle time remaining and when your load is complete. So you can feel confident leaving the store and returning just in time to finish your laundry.

Our machines do not accept coins, as we offer a completely coinless experience. Onsite, we accept all cash or electronic payment options available.
