Pricing

Payment is due when you drop off your items.

  • Standard: 1.90 per pound of laundry

  • Specialty: A price will be provided at the time of drop off. This includes items: comforters, large blankets, sleeping bags, etc.

Prepping Your Laundry

To ensure we get your clothes, bedding, towels, and rugs back to you safely and securely, please do the following before dropping your items off with our laundry specialists:

  • Remove belts and other loose metal items

  • Empty pockets and remove all personal items

  • Identify any special stain treatment area

  • Identify soap and softener preferences

Picking Up Your Laundry

Your laundry will be ready 48 hours after drop-off. If, for any reason, you are not able to pick up your items promptly, please contact us at (503) 385-8358.

  • Wash fold or wash dry fold services are relatively simple, take your dirty work clothes or just dirty laundry in general and drop it off at New Wave. If you have a preferred detergent or cleaner, bring that, if not, we have some available within our store! Then, return 24-48 hours later to your clothes washed and neatly folded for your convenience.
