Missing an Item?
New Wave Laundry is not responsible for items lost or left behind. Any items that are turned in will be kept for 30 days. After 30 days all remaining items will be donated to charity.
If you have lost an item, please contact us with a full description of the item and the approximate date it was left. A team member will contact you in 2 business days.
